the irish patient
As you can guess from the title we were struck with some illness today…IrishDoom felt unwell at breakfast and he threw up soon after having a few spoonfuls. He was sleepy so we decided to let him rest and see how he felt after. He slept most of the day, hardly eating anything and only drinking a few mouthfuls of water (nursed by IrishMum). We told the others that we mightn’t make it to a park today because IrishDoom wasn’t feeling well and they took the news okay. I just hope we don’t need to repeat that message tomorrow because it might not be accepted as easily next time.

I brought them in the pool then let them play in the playroom; the house has an air hockey table (IrishKing beat me by one point) and a playstation 3 (which they don’t have at home). We also opened up the TV access which works well because there is a TV in every bedroom and one in the Kitchen (Elvis Presley eat your heart out!). IrishDoom perked up around 8 pm so if no one else is sick tomorrow and IrishDoom still feels alright we will be heading for Universal Studios early…ish.
