wet wet wet
We heard (via facebook) that there has been flash floods in Melbourne, but luckily no-one we know has been hurt or had flooding in their houses. Thankfully the BOM indicates that the worst of it seems to have passed.

it’s a long climb to the top!
As for us, we headed for Wet n’ Wild this arvo (note: I’m allowed use that word now seeing as I’m ‘stralian) with a beach bag of towels and loads of energy.

IrishWrath and IrishCyborg in a Raft
I was once again amazed at the signs saying 60 min wait time from this point, but as we are off-season we don’t have to worry about that.

The younger Kids Section
IrishKing could go on most of the attractions, I had to accompany him on some, there was also a smaller kids section which he got a lot out of. We ended the day at the wave pool, which was quite a lot of fun (I was out of my depth for the bigger waves).

The Wavepool…where’s wally?
IrishDoom bumped his head on the way out and we had to take him to First Aid to get an ice pack. He was OK after resting. Tomorrow we’ll be giving the parks a rest because it is the weekend and they might be more crowded…as you can guess; we don’t do crowds. There are other attractions in Florida.
